Seniors Programs

MNSI is focused on delivering programs for seniors that improve their physical, mental, spiritual and economic well-being.  MNSI provides seniors in the local community with the skills required to assume leadership roles within their families and create a support structure for their children and grandchildren that will impact their lives in a positive manner, promote their growth, and engage them in activities that will contribute to their individual fulfillment and that of their communities.

"The Turning History Into an Adventure"

Mondays 10:00 am - 1:00 pm


Seniors gather weekly to take part in a dynamic program that will provide them with an opportunity to enhance their leadership skills, increasing their sense of belonging and expanding their knowledge of Canadian history, government structure, heritage and culture. As well, seniors participate in physical exercise classes to stimulate good health and increase their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Nutritious snacks and lunches are always provided during the program.

"Fitness for Seniors"

Saturdays 10:00 am - 12:00 pm


Seniors gather weekly to participate in educational fitness classes instructed by a dedicated teacher with the aim of improving senior’s health and overall well-being.
